log in with your Authenticator ID and password. Then, select the About Me
tab, go to the About Me Menu and click on Payroll. Look for Taxes and just
below, select Online W2. Next, you will need to validate your Personal Key to
gain access to the printable version of your online W2.

Q: I am a former Walgreens employee. How can I download my W2 form?
A: After your employment at Walgreens, you have 45 days to download your W2 form. Go
to Employees and log in with your
Authenticator ID and password. Then, go to the Payroll column and click on
Online W2. Next, you will need to validate your Personal Key to gain access to
the printable version of your online W2.
After 45 days, please contact the manager at your former store, who can submit a request for
you. You can also call the Payroll Department at 1-847-964-4363, M-F 8:30 A.M. - 4:00
P.M. Central Time, or email W2Taxing@walgreens.com
with questions.
