Pickup in as little as 30 minutes

2. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Walgreens, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other entities associated with the administration of this Sweepstakes, and their immediate family members or those living in the same household, are not eligible to participate.

3. Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes Period begins at 6:00 AM CT on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM CT on Wednesday, February 25, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible.

4. How to Enter: To enter, visit the Walgreens Instagram account and locate the pinned post announcing the Sweepstakes. To qualify, participants must: (1) like the post, (2) comment “#WalgreensSweepstakes”, and (3) follow Walgreens on Instagram. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or tampered with will be disqualified. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person. The use of bots, an agency, or any automated system to enter is strictly prohibited, and Walgreens reserves the right to disqualify any entries received through such methods. By entering, you indicate your full agreement to these Official Rules and Walgreens’ decisions regarding the Sweepstakes, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements in these Official Rules.

Entries, comments and content submitted or uploaded to any social media sites or other public sites in connection with this Sweepstakes (collectively, “Content Submissions”) may not contain, depict or show any content that: (i) is sexually explicit or suggestive, offensive, lewd, profane, obscene; (ii) promotes any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous, or any political agenda or message; (iii) defames, misrepresents or contains disparaging remarks about Sponsors or other companies; (iv) contains any personal identification, such as license plate numbers, last names (first names are permitted), e-mail addresses or street addresses for any person other than entrant, or otherwise infringes on the privacy of any person other than an entrant; (v) communicates messages or images inconsistent with the positive image and good will of Sponsors’ brand; and/or (vi) violates any law. 5. Prizes: There will be three (3) prize winners. Each winner will receive one (1) $100 Walgreens gift card. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes and any costs not expressly stated above. Any prize details that are not specified above will be determined by Walgreens, in its sole discretion. A prize may not be transferred. Winners may not request cash or a substitute prize; however, Walgreens reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the prize is not available for any reason.

6. Drawing: On or about Friday, February 27, 2026, Walgreens or its agency will select three (3) potential winners in a random drawing of all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The odds of being selected depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification and Verification: Walgreens will attempt to notify the potential winners via direct message on the social media platform they used to enter on or about Monday, March 2, 2026. The winners will have three (3) days to respond to the direct message to claim their prize. If the potential winner does not respond within the specified time frame, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held, after which any remaining prizes will remain unawarded. The potential winner may also be required to complete, sign, and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release, and any other documents required by Walgreens, within three (3) days of receiving the notification. Failure to return the required documents within the specified time frame may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.

8. General Conditions: Walgreens is not responsible for technical, mechanical, or human errors, or any other errors that may affect the administration or outcome of the Sweepstakes. In the event that the operation of the Sweepstakes is impaired in any way, Walgreens may, in its sole discretion, either (a) modify the Sweepstakes to address the impairment or (b) award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Walgreens reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the Sweepstakes, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive manner. Walgreens reserves the right to seek damages from any person who seeks to undermine the operation of the Sweepstakes. Walgreens’ failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that term. Proof of sending any entry or other communication to Walgreens by mail shall not be deemed proof of receipt of that communication by Walgreens. The Sweepstakes is subject to applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

9. Publicity: By accepting a prize, the winner agrees to allow Walgreens and their agents the right to use the winner’s name, likeness, image, voice, and biographical information for promotional and advertising purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. Privacy: By entering the Sweepstakes, participants agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information as described in Walgreens’ Privacy Policy, available at https://www.walgreens.com/topic/help/general/noticeprivacypractices.jsp.

11. Release and Limitations of Liability: By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Walgreens, Meta, and their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize. You further agree that in any cause of action, in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney’s fees. You waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.

12. Disputes: Except where prohibited, you agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Chicago, Illinois. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, your rights and obligations, or Walgreens’ rights and obligations in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Illinois, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of Illinois or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Illinois.
