Got a new roommate that showers at whatever time he gets home (my bedroom is connected to his bathroom), I'm a lite sleeper so he'd wake me every time he'd shower! And I could also hear his sound machine! Bought these and I do not hear him at ALL anymore! I sleep straight through the night, no interruptions!

They WORK! Please read the instructions on the box! They do work!
Experiment with them, if they block out to much noise, just pull one or both out just a little. Experiment, find your comfort zone.
My Tip: Hold plug in place with the tip of your finger, how it is expanding (that is the key to Quiet Time). I have used these for about ten years. Love Love Love Them!

I have used many kinds of noise reduction over the years (retired military) and these work very well. I have small ears and all earplugs tend to stick out. These are no different. However, I am able to fit them into my ears comfortably by compressing them on the end after initial expansion. Works like a charm!

I purchased these ear plugs, did not read the instructions on the box, and they did not work very well. I eventually learned over time, they are like memory foam; pinch them tiny before you insert, insert them deeply, and they are WONDERFUL I don't wake up at all until morning. I now no longer get up multiple times to go to bathroom - now I know that was really noise, not the need to go.
By the way . . . READ THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE BOX. They tell you to compress them before insertion, and that effectiveness depends on proper insertion, LOL.

I love these because they are soft and block noise well. My husband snores. These are the only thing that has saved our marriage. My ear canals are too small for many of the other brands of ear plugs and the custom fit ones...Yup I even got those...are uncomfortable to sleep in every night. These are great. I use them nightly. Other types are too big, or two small...like Goldie Locks...these are just right for me. From years of trying different types I have discovered you need the right size foam plug to stay in your ear at night without irritating, falling out, etc. These are great for a slightly smaller sensitive ear!
