I love this eyeliner its the best for waterline! I have found a eyeliner that doesnt smear all over my eyes and its cheap!!! i have already bought two in black and im going to get the silver one next.

I LOVE THIS product! It glides on easy.. works well with humid weather! It doesnt leave the raccoon eye look nor does it smudge. LOVE LOVE LOVE IT! give it 5 stars for sure :) By the way, just use a milani sharpener to sharpen it

Pros: defines eyes, Water proof, Easy To Put On, Long Lasting, doesnt dry up, really black

Cons: you have to buy a new one in less that a month -_-

The BEST out there.
i dont know about the ''no smudge''
but omg, its the best
just apply it one time goes on dark and easy
it applies as liquid and stays on for me for at least 5-8 prds. which for me iss 4-8 hours. :)
i think it is water proof cause when the wind hits my eyes i start to cry and no smudge no black running, nothing it just stayed there.

My sister used it nd she luved it! But when i used it i was VERY disappointed! My eyes became itchy nd watery so that proved to me that i had an allergic reaction.

I bought this a couple months ago. it was amazing ! the only cons i have is that if you dont put on the cap after your done using it the eyeliner dries out ! so make sure to put the cap on after you use it. it goes on really dark and easy.
