The more we hear fish oil is beneficial for us to take. I've taken it for years. I can't truly be sure it helps, but it's sure not hurting me. I do prefer the odorless, burpless because I don't like burping a fishy taste! Some people have no trouble with the regular. Just get in the habit of taking two of these softgels a day and make it a part of your life.

I want to take fish oil for optimum health, but cannot abide the fish burps that accompany most. These are more pricey than regular fish oils caps, but definitely worth the extra cost to me. Pretty easy to swallow, no fishy smell and NO fish burps! Yay!!

My GI doctor recommended fish oil for my overall health and to possibily help with my cognitive function. I don't eat a lot of "fishy" tasting fish, so I was not too thrilled about the prospect of taking fish oil which has a reputation for causing fishy tasting burps later. I came across this brand of fish oil by accident and was intrigued by its "odorless" promise. I tried it and it's true. I have not experienced any fishy aftertaste or burps!
