Imagine my surprise after buying B complex to discover (after opening it ) that your " B complex " did NOT contain ANY essential Vitamin B12. Had I not been reading the amounts to my son I would not have even noticed that fact and been taking them assuming I was getting the WHOLE "complex" of B vitamins. I will be
returning this for a refund. It's going to be very interesting to see how you explain this one away. "No matter
what they say it's always all about the money." This is shameful and deceptive.

We use B Complex and many other Nature Made products. We are very pleased with their effectiveness.
We heartily recommend them to others.

This is a good product and I like that it has folic acid and vitamin C making it easier for me to take these supplements without having to remember all of them everyday.
However, these pills have strange smell and look and are unpleasant to take. In fact, after some time (if you have them sitting around and forgot to take them for some time) they get discolored. I find that there is also an aftertaste. The pill form needs some improvement.
