Cipro® side effects
Cipro's most common
side effects include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, headaches, skin rash and restlessness. You can
reduce some of the stomach-related side effects like nausea by taking Cipro® with food. But do
not take Cipro® with dairy products like milk and yogurt. Even calcium-added juices without any
other food can lead to side effects from Cipro®. You should also avoid caffeinated products
like coffee, cola, tea and chocolate.
Cipro® can also make your skin more sensitive to sunlight, or photosensitive. Photosensitivity's symptoms include warmth, redness, blisters, swelling and rash. It is recommended that you use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of at least 15.
