Q: How can I order photos from my camera phone?
A: While viewing the photo, access your options menu and click Send. Then, either key in save@walgreens.com or pull the address from your phone's address book. If you save the above email address in your phone, you can easily send and store your photos, make prints, share photos with family and friends or create great photo gifts at Walgreens Photo Center.

Q: What does it mean that Walgreens mobile messaging is a pilot program?
A: Walgreens is currently rolling out the Walgreens Mobile Messaging program to select stores initially, so not all customers will be able to receive notifications immediately. Making sure to sign-up for the program on your account page ensures that when the store is equipped with the service, you will be able to receive your notifications.

Q: I signed up correctly, but I'm not receiving messages.

A: Rx Alerts is a beta feature and only available at specific locations. You will only receive Rx Alerts about prescriptions you have ordered from these specific locations. When your location is available, you will receive a welcome text message. You must respond within 48 hours to complete the sign up process.

Q: I am having trouble receiving messages. How can I get help?
A: You must respond to the Rx Alerts welcome text message within 48 hours to complete the sign up process and verify that you have signed up for the program. If you completed this step and are still unable to receive messages from a store that is equipped with messaging services, please contact Walgreens.com Customer Service toll-free, at 1-877-250-5823.

Q: How can I order prescriptions refills from my cell phone?
A: Go to Walgreens.com on your web enabled mobile device and select the Pharmacy link. From there, you can refill your prescriptions.
NOTE: Camera phones, like digital cameras, come in many shapes and sizes. Therefore, unfortunately, we cannot give you precise instructions for how to perform specific functions on your particular phone. What we can do is to give you a general idea of how these functions are performed on most phones. If you need exact instructions, please contact Technical Support for your phone model or your wireless carrier.

A: Yes, when you use the Walgreens printing application on Facebook. The Walgreens Photo Printing Application allows Facebook users to print 4x6 or 5x7 inch photos from personal Facebook photo albums to a friend's Facebook album. Prints are available for pick up at one of over 7,000 Walgreens stores.
