Q: Do you accept payment other than credit card?

A: You can pay for Walgreens.com orders with a debit card, Visa, MasterCard, Discover Network or American Express. You can also pay with PayPal and Bill Me Later. Walgreens stores accept cash, check, gift card, debit card, Visa, MasterCard, Discover Network, American Express, or Apple Pay.

Gift Cards

Q: What types of Walgreens cards are available?

A: Follow Walgreens Gift Cards for Gift Card information. Walgreens Gift Cards can be redeemed in-store only. You may have also received a Walgreens Card for store credit for returned items. These can be redeemed in-store only. Walgreens Photo gift cards are available in stores only, but can be used both in-store and for online photo purchases.

Q: How can I check the balance on my Walgreens Gift Card, Walgreens Card, or Walgreens Photo Card?

A: There are a few ways to check your balance:
- If you have a red Walgreens Gift Card with a 16-digit card number, please call the number on the back of the card and request your account balance.

- If you received a store credit and have a have a Walgreens Card with a 19-digit number, follow Check Balance and Account Activity. Enter your 19-digit card number and 4-digit PIN (on the back of the card) in the spaces provided and click Search.

- If you have a Walgreens Photo Card with a 19-digit card number, follow Check Balance and Account Activity. Enter your 19-digit card number and 4-digit PIN (on the back of the card) in the spaces provided and click Search to check your balance or view your account activity.

Q: How can I check the balance on my refund card?

A: If you received a store credit and have a have a W Card with a 19-digit number, follow Check Balance and Account Activity. Enter the 19-digit card number (found on the front of your card) and the four-digit PIN number (found on the back of your card) and click Search. You will be taken to the Walgreens Card Balance Summary page where you can view your balance.

Q: Can I buy Walgreens Gift Cards online?

A: Yes, you can purchase Walgreens Gift Cards online in select denominations. Walgreens Gift Cards in other amounts or Walgreens Photo Gift Cards can be purchased at your local Walgreens store. Walgreens Photo Gift Cards are not available for purchase online. Follow Walgreens Cards for more information. For corporate gift card purchases totaling $500 or more, see Corporate Cards.

A: You can use a Walgreens Photo Gift Card online for photo purchases. However, at this time, you cannot use Walgreens Gift Cards or Walgreens Cards for online purchases. Your Walgreens Gift Card or Walgreens Card is accepted at any Walgreens store nationwide.

Q: Do Gift Cards expire or have dormancy fees?

A: As of September 1, 2005, Walgreens does not apply dormancy fees or expirations to Walgreens Gift Cards or Walgreens Cards. If your card was purchased or loaded prior to September 1, 2005, it is possible that a non-use service fee of $2 per month was applied to the initial remaining balance on the card.

Apple Pay

Q: What is Apple Pay?

A: Apple Pay is a convenient and secure way to pay for your in-store purchases with your iPhone 6 or iPhone 6 Plus.

Once you connect a credit or debit card from a participating bank to your Apple Pay account, youll be able to pay for your purchase at any Walgreens location by simply holding your phone near the reader at checkout and placing your finger over the TouchID sensor on your phone to authorize the payment.
