Q: What does standard shipping mean?
A: Standard shipping orders may be handled by different carriers based on the products
in the order. Standard shipping takes 3 to 7 business days inside the continental U.S. Outside
the continental U.S., shipping depends on the remoteness of the area. These deliveries can take
3 to 12 days.

A: We will immediately credit your credit or debit card for the amount you paid for the
returned item. Or, you can receive cash if you paid via check, PayPal or Bill Me Later®.
Q: Are there items I cannot return?
A: We cannot accept returns of sexual wellness or seasonal products. If any items arrive
