Digital Health
& Wellness

With a wide range of user-friendly digital tools that go beyond the pharmacy, you can offer members smart solutions that help them effectively manage their health and get closer to achieving their wellness goals. These patient-centric digital programs also help providers by driving better outcomes and controlling costs.

Balance Rewards for healthy choices®

Balance Rewards for healthy choices, the only retail program of its kind, goes beyond tracking activities to encourage long-lasting behavior changes through health challenges, which can reduce preventable illness and healthcare costs.

For example, patients enrolled in the program tracking blood pressure two or more times a week had 3 percent higher adherence to their antihypertensive medication. Plus, those tracking blood glucose one or more times a week had 5.2 percent higher adherence to their oral antidiabetic medication.1

Walgreens Find Care

Our Find Care platform helps members connect with local and digital healthcare services that provide convenient options for affordable care, including optical, dermatology, mental health, immunizations, primary and urgent care, and much more.

Find Care for chronic conditions

Our program combines digital health coaching and support to offer personal guidance to your members. With data from connected devices, such as a sensor attached to an inhaler for asthma patients and a glucose monitoring system for diabetes patients, we can help ensure members are on the right track with their medication regimen.

Pharmacy Chat 24/7

Another important service Walgreens provides is Pharmacy Chat 24/7.* Day or night, your members will get the answers they need from our friendly, experienced pharmacy staff.

* Availability of Pharmacy Chat varies with heavy usage.
