8 Flu-Fighting Foods
Yogurt

Around 70 percent of your immune system lives in your gut. Foods rich in beneficial probiotic bacteria like yogurt and kefir (a cultured yogurt-like drink) may increase immune function in the lining of the intestines, which is your body's first line of defense against many viruses and bacteria. Look for any yogurt that contains "live and active cultures" to get the flu-fighting benefits.
