Certain plans may not cover all of our services or may have specific referral requirements. The copayment for your specific plan will be collected during your visit. Please have a hard copy of your insurance card, proof of ID, and a valid form of payment at time of service. We accept most major credit cards and cash. Personal checks are not accepted.
There may be an outstanding amount due after our bill is processed by your insurance company. Based on your insurance plan and medical benefit, you could be responsible for charges beyond your copayment paid at the time of the visit for things like your deductible, co-insurance or services not included in your benefit.
Instead of sending you a bill, we can now automatically charge your balance to the credit card of your choice. You will be asked to authorize these payments at the time of your visit.
If you haven't met your deductible, don't have insurance or don't have a plan we currently accept, we accept most major credit cards and cash. Personal checks are not accepted. If your plan offers out-of-network benefits, we will give you a receipt you can submit to your insurer for reimbursement. Healthcare Clinic locations participate in the Walgreens Prescription Savings Club discount card network. Club members receive 10% savings on all Healthcare Clinic services. This discount cannot be used in conjunction with insurance.
