Made in USA

Apply product evenly to wet or damp curls.  Gently tug sections of hair to stretch and elongate curls.  Let air-dry or blow-dry with a diffuser.  Get inspired! Create a "glamorous waves" look:  Apply on damp curls.  As you blow-dry, gently tug sections of hair and twist around fingers to create enhanced waves.  When hair is dry, take a small section from one side and pin up above your ear.
