  • Shake well before use.
  • Adults and children 12 or older: After brushing with toothpaste, vigorously swish with 10mL (1/3 ounce) once a day for 60 seconds, then spit out. Do not swallow. Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing.
  • Children 6-12 years old: Supervise use and instruct in good rinsing habits (to minimize swallowing)..
  • Children under 6: Consult a doctor or dentist.
