Before contacting us about your username or password, you might want to try one of these tips from the Customer Service Team:
Username / Password Tips
Confirm your sign in information is correct. Passwords are case-sensitive. Your password should be at least six characters long. If you have forgotten your username, then select "Forgot Your Username?" If you have forgotten your password, you can reset your password by selecting "Forgot Your Password?"
If you reset your password, you will receive an email containing a link to take you to a new page where you can enter a new password.
After resetting your password, you will receive a confirmation message and you will be able to sign in using your new password.
If you originally registered on Walgreens.com and are now attempting to sign into the Walgreens Photo Center, try signing into Walgreens.com and clicking the photo tab on the Walgreens.com home page. Additionally, if you originally registered with the Walgreens Photo Center, try signing in and then clicking on the Shop Walgreens link in the top right corner.
Once this is done, you may sign in from either site using the same username and password.
