That's Rich! Eggnog Is a Tricky Sipper

Made with egg yolks, sugar, cream, milk, and liquor, it's no wonder this beverage has a reputation for being indulgent. Because it's so rich, you can easily cut down on the calories without losing the flavor you love. Fill your cup just halfway up with traditional nog, then top it off with 1% milk or your favorite nondairy alternative like soy or almond milk. You'll save about 50 calories per serving.
