  • Why did you make changes to my Walgreens store?

    We are using this Walgreens store to test new concepts, technologies and practices aimed at bringing you greater convenience. We regularly test and try new things in stores to enhance the customer experience.

  • Do I have to place an order online?

    Orders must be placed digitally. They can be placed online at Walgreens.com or in the Walgreens app ahead of time for Pickup, or at in-store kiosks. There is also an area called ‘The Essentials’ where customers may shop for themselves from a selection of essential items.

  • Do I need to be a myWalgreens member in order to place an order?

    No, you do not have to be a myWalgreens member. However if you are a member of the free myWalgreens loyalty program you will have access to program benefits like clipping coupons and earning and redeeming Walgreens Cash rewards when you shop at Walgreens.

  • What items can I grab from ‘The Essentials’ area of the store?

    The Essentials has beauty & personal care items, health & wellness products and food & drink products to easily grab on the go.

  • How do I know when my order is ready?

    If you placed an order in the store via kiosk, your name will be referenced on the order status board. If you placed an order online or via mobile, you will receive a notification via email or text message when your order is ready. Once an order is ready, you may retrieve it from the Pickup counter.
