Can patients under 18 years old use this service?
Patients under 18 will need a parent or legal guardian to provide consent, oversee the online or mobile visit, and handle payment details. If the patient is under 2 years old, call your pediatrician.
Can I get a prescription?
A provider will recommend the best treatment for your condition, which may include a prescription if necessary. Chronic pain cannot be treated with controlled drugs, such as narcotic pain medications, via video visit.
