Glue
Glue
Glue is a wonderful adhesive that can be used for many different projects. You might use glue for arts and crafts, woodworking, or other areas. There are several types of glues in different strengths. Make sure you choose the type of glue according to your purpose.
Super glue
Super glue is one kind of glue that you can purchase. Super glue adhesive dries quickly and makes a strong bond that can hold many types of materials together. Super glue is used by placing a small amount of the glue onto one surface. You then press the two surfaces you want to adhere together. This glue will quickly set, allowing your pieces to hold together with a strong bond. Super glue can be used on a variety of items, such as wood, leather, and metal.
School glue
School glue refers to glue sticks and other liquid school glues. These glues dry more slowly than others and are normally nontoxic, which is great for children. Some glue sticks start as a color, such as purple, but then turn clear over time, which helps children view where they have placed the glue on their papers. Liquid school glue comes in a bottle, and it normally has a small twist-top that can be screwed shut when not in use. This kind of glue is normally white and dries in a clear color. These glues are great for sticking papers together during art class, gluing on sequins or yarn, and for other projects, such as scrapbooking, which need fibers to be glued together.
