Glue-on nails

Glue-on nails are easy to apply and eliminate costly trips to the salon. They are available in many colors and designs and are fun to wear on special occasions such as birthdays and holidays. You can achieve any look from a classic French manicure to vivid colors at home with artificial nails like glue-on nails.

Applying artificial nails

It is important to allow yourself ample time to apply glue on nails. As a rule, artificial nails need to be trimmed down to fit properly. If you try to put fake nails on in a hurry, you have a much higher chance of having difficulties and making a mess. Using extra glue will not make glue on nails stay in place longer.

Glue-on nail best practices

Too much nail glue causes acrylic nails to bubble. Keep a cotton swab handy, to quickly remove any excess. For best results, start with the hand that is not your dominant hand. Put enough glue on your real nail to lightly cover it completely. Apply the artificial nail, pressing down gently for approximately one minute.
