How do I refill my Rite Aid prescriptions on Walgreens.com?
We've made it easy:
- Log in or create an account
- Visit Your Prescriptions
- Select the "Rite Aid" tab on the left
- Select the prescriptions you'd like to refill and submit your request

- Will my prescriptions be more expensive?
While we can't say if your exact prescriptions will be more expensive (or may even be cheaper!), Walgreens prides itself on providing our customers with competitive prices and other ways to help save money on prescriptions.
- Will Walgreens accept my insurance?
We accept almost all insurance plans. Please check with your pharmacist.
- What if I want to use another pharmacy other than Walgreens?
We would love to serve as your pharmacy but if you'd rather have your prescriptions handled by another pharmacy, simply ask that pharmacy to request them from us. We'll be more than happy to have them transferred to your pharmacy of choice.
- Where is the nearest Walgreens?

- What if I can't see my prescriptions in the Rite Aid tab?
If you don't see any prescriptions waiting for you, then you may not have any active prescriptions. If you're sure you had active prescriptions with Rite Aid, but don't see them listed, call or visit your local Walgreens and talk to a pharmacist or use Pharmacy Chat and talk to a pharmacist right now. You can also transfer your Rx as a guest.
- What about my family's prescriptions? I don't see them.
If you managed prescriptions for family members with Rite Aid, you'll need to call or visit your local Walgreens to transfer their prescriptions. Once they're transferred, you can manage family prescriptions easily online and on our app. Manage your Family Prescriptions here.
- Will I automatically be enrolled in refill reminders, auto refill and other convenient prescription services similar to the ones I used at Rite Aid?
