    • Q: How do I checkout?

      A: Once everything is in your Shopping Cart, select the bright blue Proceed to Checkout button at either the bottom or top of the right navigation column to begin the checkout process.

      1. Complete the Shipping information page and click Continue checkout.
      2. Complete the Payment information and click Continue checkout.
      3. Review your order summary on the Review Order page. If everything is correct, click the blue Submit Order button at the bottom of the page.
      Once your order goes through, you will see your Order Confirmation. You can print your receipt by clicking the blue Print Receipt button. Also, a copy of your receipt will be emailed to you.
    • Q: How can I redeem credits or coupon codes?

      A: To redeem a coupon code for a special offer or discount, it must be entered at the time of checkout. On the Checkout page, enter the coupon code in the Have a special promotion or coupon code? box at the bottom of the left navigation column of your Shopping Cart page. Make sure to check the Apply link (in bright blue) next to the box before you select the Proceed to Checkout button in bright blue, near the bottom of the right navigation column. The discounted product price will be displayed at checkout and in your Order Summary below Promotions applied to your order. From time to time, you may receive a credit to your Photo Center account. If you do, we will automatically place it in your Photo Cart for you.

    • Q: Why did I receive a credit card error message during my checkout?

      A: The reason for the credit card error is a credit authorization failure by your financial institution. This may be due to one of the following reasons: insufficient funds, credit card expiration or the billing address you provided does not match the company (i.e. Visa or Master Card) files. Please contact your bank for further assistance.

    • Q: My buy one, get one FREE products are not showing up at checkout. Why?

      A: Most likely the reason the products are not showing up is because you only placed one applicable product in your cart. In order to get buy one, get one FREE products, you need to place two of the applicable products in your cart.

  • Tax & Tax Exempt
    • Q: Why must I pay tax on an online order?

      A: Sales taxes will be charged at the applicable rate based on the ship-to address, except for orders shipped to Illinois. For orders shipped to Illinois, internet sales tax is charged based on the point of order acceptance, by law. The Walgreens.com point of acceptance is Mount Prospect, IL. The tax amount will appear on the order confirmation page.

    • Q: Do you process tax exempt orders?

      A: We're sorry, but we cannot process tax exempt transactions online. If you are eligible for tax exempt purchases, please visit your local Walgreens.

      Please note that stores cannot offer tax exempt purchases for online orders.
